Issues with PubMed Access

There was a problem with access to PubMed earlier today. We have received the following message from NCBI:

There was editing error to a configuration file on the NCBI servers which cause all IP addressed to be temporarily blocked. The same error message went out to all users roughly between 08:10 – 08:40 EST USA. The error has been identified and corrected. If you are still seeing a blocked for misuse message please try clearing you cache and reloading the page. If the misuse message is still present please write to info@ncbi.nlm.nih.gov.
